Post subject: Disturbed readings (temps)
Could these muck up the whole point of charting your temps? A few times I have taken my temp over an hour later than usual, or been up and down in the night, does this really affect the reading dramatically? and does it ruin the whole chart?

Sorry, first month temping and feel like a bit of a dunce!

I used to temp on paper so I would just do these sort of temps in a different colour and then if they were way above or below the baseline just ignore them , if your using FF or a phone app or something i'm not sure but I wouldn't have thought they'd cause a problem as it's a change that lasts that you're looking for . I found doing them a bit later didn't really affect them but alcohol and broken sleep did so I would ignore those ones xxx
