Just made some of these - ok - so they're not very healthy - but as I have been struggling to eat much recently through nausea - the second the feeling left I got baking - and these are just gorgeous!

I guess you could adapt it to include anything you wanted - white choc chips, cranberries, lemon zest, orange flavour, nuts, currants, liquour (if not pg) like cherry or kirsch, raisins, honeycombe, fudge or toffee chunks, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cherry halves, you name it!

I'll put up a picture in a bit!
