i had my baby 6 weeks ago, when in labour i contracted a infection as the midwifes said my waters hadent broke when they had and left me 89 hours, 6 weeks on an i still have a infection and i have lost 2 stone in the 6 weeks, i weigh even less than my post pregncny weight and have a very tender stumac, have to go for a scan tomorrow to make sure no after birht is left and would like to ask any one if this has happened to them and would i have a case for the solisters ?

Zija products are best for losing weight without any side effect. Zija contain nutritional product that are not contain in our food chain.

I want to lose my weight. My friend also loses his weight with zija and he had also suggested me zija to lose weight, but I am here want to know more about zija.

As this thread has turned into weight loss thread so I would like to share my two cents about it. I don't believe in supplements or medicines for losing weight. Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator that you can find online. This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both. So If you're wondering how to lose stomach fat quickly, I would suggest you to be consistent and regular. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk foods, exercise regularly. Both cardio and weight training is necessary in this matter.
