Real LATE BFP?

Post subject: Real LATE BFP? Hey have any of you ever had a really late BFP?
I"m now 17 days past due for my period, and as of a 3 days ago, still BFN. I have heard various things on forums about women getting their positive results WEEKS late. I'm super regular, young (28 ), but my cycles are long (regularly 40 days!). I was just wondering if anyone had positive results weeks after their period was due (especially if you have long cycles like I do). Thanks, Engendering  Posted: Wed Nov 02, 2011 12:10 pm
Post subject: You can get a BFP weeks after you think your period was due as you can ov at any point in a cycle, even if you normally have regular cycles you can just ov later one cycle and so you would either get a BFP or your period later too , usually it means you pregnancy isn't as far as your last period dates would have you believe, but sometimes women don't get positives until they're 6 weeks or more or even not at all on home tests xxx
