Post subject: This is my first time of doing it
I understand that your ment to start on the first day of your AF and watch for your temp to rise at the time of OV - I also understand that your ment to do it for a month so you get an idea of how your temp works. I don't really understand it yet - I just want to understand how the temp thing works cause for some reason im under 'normal' range Anyone any ideas? xx Posted: Fri Sep 12, 2008 12:40 pm

Post subject: Hi Fishy. I'm often as low as 35.00. Have a look at my chart below. I"ve just started a new cycle. I think you are supposed to start temping the 1st day of your cycle, but I started in the middle - becuase I have gone out and bought the thermometer and couldn't wait! It got me into a routine before I had to really start taking note. I don't think it really matters when you start, espeically since it can take you a few months before you start noticing a pattern in your temps, cm etc.... Good luck!

Sweetpea I have done the same as you went and got a thermometer part way through my cycle. Over the weekend my temp has risen to 36.7 for both Saturday, Sunday and today - I hope that this is a good sign!!!! We shall find out in a few weeks - fingers crossed xx Posted: Mon Sep 15, 2008 4:12 pm
Post subject: My BBT was 35.5 yesterday and went up to 36 today. I'm totally confused about whether I could have ovulated or not as I also had some EWCM yesterday too. But I shouldn't be ovulating apparently until day 18 and I'm only on day 14.
I'm really confused. My BBT dropped massively for a day or two and then shot back up. I definitely took my temp at the same time everyday (give or take 5 minutes). So confused.  _________________

Post subject: your temp can change cause of little things, such as having your central heating on, i would just keep taking your temp, the ff software will tell you when it thinks you ovultaed, but if you have ewcm i would just get on and bd!!

I have been taking my temp every morning before getting up and it's getting highter started off at 36.5 alst weeks Saturday 36.6 Sunday 36.7 Monday 36.6 Tuesday 36.7 Wednesday 37.1 Is this right?
