Post subject: breathing
for first time expectant mums. my best advice is to remember breathing, i know every one tells you all the time and you just think 'yeah i already know'. but please believe if you do tense and hold your breath it hurts so much more. plusd they can get the you through it quicker too. i was doing great at first with breathing ect., but when my baby became stuck(she was a little larger than average, 9lb7oz) i started to panick and thats when it hurt so much more.p.s gas and air is a god send.
