Ladycake, get him on a high strength selenium and zinc vitamin with some high dose vit C as well and there's something called Pyconogel which is supposed to be a fantastic anti oxidant all of which are great for cell production which is all a sperm is really .The zinc and selenium can also help with morphology and motility as selenium is especially important for the head of the sperm which is the motor if you like which powers it forward Smile
There's something called pregnenolone as well which is a hormone precursor which might be worth a look at it can help men make more testosterone if their levels are low, also tribulus which is a herb that helps support normal hormone levels for men and also increases sex drive ( I can vouch for that one personally Embarassed Laughing )
Anything you can do to be healthy is good as well, so no caffeine or alcohol and eating well with a decent amount of protein and taking a general multi vit might all help, the zinc and selenium are good for your eggs to, I wouldn't worry too much about low AMH as long as you make eggs you can get pregnant and generally docs agree that low AMH is only really relevant for IVF as a guide to how many eggs they might be able to retrieve per cycle , I wouldn't worry about having one shorter tube either or one of them having more in one section as I've seen stories of women with a single shorty tube ( as little as 1-2 cms Shocked ) still conceiving and you have 2 still which is a bonus, Good luck xxx

After reversal 4cms of tubes saved on either side, although i found this a bit disappointing, Mr Pickles assures me they are long enough and all looks great. So fingers crossed for my BFP.
