As long as you and baby are healthy, you'll be fine hon. Are you going for a week or two??
Just drink water and move around a bit (normal advice for all passengers).
Have a lovely holiday.

Understandable if you haven't flown before but you and baby will be fine. Take a couple of mags or a book, if you feel like stretching your legs then have a walk or two and before you know it, the 4 and half hours will be over.
Not sad being 1st proper holiday, just a well deserved one before baby arrives
If you can, you may want to sit by the aisle that way you can get out of your seat easier than having to try and move pass others with your 'bump'.
Enjoy.
