Post subject: maternity pay/leaving the work place
hi can anyone help i have a little boy 6 month old and im currently 5 month pregnant, im on maternity due to go back the middle of december, im only going to be back about 8 weeks before i go on maternity again, i im recieving £514.00 a month smp,will i recieve maternity pay again ? and if i decide not to back after my second baby will i have to pay back any maternity pay i recieve ?, i have worked for the company for 10 years any help would be really grateful x

u have worked for the company for so wu will get maternity pay for ur 2nd child and if u decide not to go bak to work then you do not have to pay any money bk.
