Post subject: Good advice ? Hi everyone, well i have been to see the doctor today because me and my partner have been trying since may 07 after i went into premature labour in febuary 07 and we lost twins. The doctor said that 70% of couples get preg in the 1st 12 months and 90% get preg in the 1st 18 months so 8 months isnt really that long, she told me noy to bother with ovulation tests, even though i have just spent £20 on my 2nd pack, as they only put pressure on when you have to perform. As we are both healthy and my periods are regular and i did get pregnant before plus my husband has a daughter from before all the signs look good,so i aint gonna worry and try not to stress which is really hard as i run my own business and we are gonna go at it like rabbits this month cause the doctor also said you need to have sex between 3-4 times a week sorry if TMI,good luck to you all sticky baby dust to everyone . kerry x x x

Post subject: Hi,
Sorry to hear about your loss it must be extremely difficult for you. I had a miscarriage in Dec 2007 and am still trying to concieve. The specialist has now put me on Clomid for 3-4 months to give me ovaries a boost and get my cycle back to 28 days. I now have everything crossed in the hope I may have fallen this month. All I would say is dont leave it too long before going back to GP as they just brush you off sometimes. Good luck and just have loads of sex!!!
