dla forms have arrived

Post subject: dla forms have arrived the dla forms have arrived today and omg am i in for a treat ive had a look through and theres loads to fill in and very detailed and whats the timescale thing all about how long in minutes thing?
ive put it off all morning but im gonna attempt to fill them in this afternoon _________________

Post subject: omg got myself rite confused with the claim forms and have just realised theyve sent me the wrong forms theyve sent me forms for soemone aged over 16 so ive rang up and requested the form again and they said hold onto this one theyve sent me and send both back and just put in a note to say that i was sent the wrong one and then they will backdate it to wen i originally rang.

Post subject: We get dla for Archie and his specialist nurse helped me to fill it out as it is so detailed and she said things I would never have thought to mention so maybe get help or advice if you can.
Also if you get middle/higher rate you can claim carers allowance too. xx _________________

Thanx Jennifer i imagine we will only gt the lower rate if were entitled but nt sure. And i think ill ask for sum help wen i get them. Just had speech therapist over she visits every 4 weeks but is wanting to visit weekly  _________________
