Hi. I made cheese sauce today for 1st time to add to DS pasta. But its quite thick. I had 2T butter, 2T flour, 1 and half cup milk and 1 cup grated cheese. Did I cook it too long? Why did it come out so thick? Need something abit more runny for his pasta.

I would just add more milk to thin it down - and the extra milk certainly wont do bubs any harm. _________________

Thanks I tried giving some to LO a couple nights ago with some pasta. He took one looked and refused to even taste. So I froze the rest. Last night I used it with spagetti for myself and DH and guess who helped me eat it?? LO! Little monkey!  _________________
