Maternity pay!!!

Post subject: Maternity pay!!! So I have a 14 month old daughter, I returned to work in August 2011.
I was already a few weeks pregnant when I returned. And I am now on maternity leave again. So I returned to work for four months. I checked online and it said I qualified for smp. Checked my bank today (supposed to have first smp payment). And I have nothing! I contacted my employer and she said she's waiting for hmrc to get back to her as she's not sure I qualify having just been on maternity leave?? Anybody else have this issue? I was never issued a form to say I wouldn't be getting smp.. I've tried ringing hmrc but every time they say I'm through to the wrong section, doesn't seem to be anyone that can help!! _________________

Post subject: From what i understand you are entitled to SMP again as long as you have earned over the threshold, which is I think based on the last 12 weeks before you go on ML. So as long as you have earnt enough then you will get it.
My friend found out she was pregnant straight after going back to work, and still got 12 months ML. _________________
