Post subject: Not sure how far along I am... help! Hello, I am brand new to this site and am hoping for the answer to my question. I got my last period on January 25 and following 2 weeks of injections had an IUI on February 9. Two weeks later on Februaray 23, I got my BFP and was shocked
 . If I go by my LMP, that would make me 5 weeks? Is that correct. I am so confused and reading might be confusing me more. I am scheduled for my first sonogram on 3/5, but the anxiety is getting to me. Any info would be appreciated. Posted: Thu Mar 01, 2012 5:42 pm
Post subject: Yes five weeks is right
 as doctors add 2 weeks onto the date you conceived to make a pregnancy 40 weeks total , so if you conceived around 3 weeks ago you would be classed as 5 weeks pregnant Congratulations xx
