Just thought i'd pop on and share my lifesavers
I make loads of pancakes for my LO she has them for breakfast, lunch dinner, whenever i need a quick meal for her. They are the perfect finger food and mega easy to make...
1cup self raising flour
1cup milk (i use whole milk for LO and skimmed for us grown ups)
1egg
Thats it...all bunged in a jug and mixed up till smooth
Really hot pan (bit of oil if not nonstick)
i pour the mix in to make 2-3" rounds, mini pancakes perfect for babies
Now if you want you can get fun, i chuck on chopped fruit,or grated cheese for savoury.
When there are lots of bubbles appearing on top that's when it time to flip, give it a moment and they done!
They are freezable too, just have to layer with greaseproof, or laid seperate on a tray.
enjoy!! _________________

New dicovery today
If you get a squeezy bottle, like an old ketchup bottle throughly cleaned.
Fill it with the batter and use it as a pen 2 draw pancake pics....do the outline 1st give it a few seconds to set then fill it in.
Today we did smiley faces and hearts for daddy when he gets up (trying 2 sweeten him up b4 he moves out)
simple shapes work best..faces, hearts, stars, flowers, etc _________________
