Looks lovely

You could also cook it and then add it into a puff pastry pie

Might try it when I'm off work ..counting down to the 3rd of dec, 12 days to chill out

You're welcome. I used less sugar and a lot more paprika than they mentioned in that recipe. Think i'll make it again this week.. certainly the weather for it!
