Post subject: losing the baby weight tips/advice?
Simple... does anyone have any secrets into losing the baby weight?

nathan is 3 weeks now and starting to feel a little better and was wondering if anyone had any tips or exercises they found helped lose the loose skin and belly from baby

Just moisturise a lot I'd say.

And as for the weight, have another one, it just flies off after no 2, running around after everybody... Laughing Laughing Laughing

haha that did make me smile Smile as for having another one don't think i could handle two under the age of one lol not sure work would appreciate me being on maternity leave for so long either haha

Breastfeed! I lost the weight really quickly that way, looked better than I did BEFORE i fell pregnant. Sadly all the cakes I ate whilst breastfeeding soon put it all back on!!! Laughing

haha everyone loves a good cake Smile

i can't breast feed anymore Sad i had an operation yesterday and am not allowed to give him my milk now due to the meds and injections i had. x
