Post subject: trying to conceive after neonatal death
Has anyone tried conceiving after experiencing neonatal death. I'm trying to conceive but can't help but be really anxious about it. Everybody says I need to be relaxed about it. Can anyone tell me how to not think about it and not worry about every little twitch in my body but rather enjoy the process.

im really sorry you have experience this, my daughter spent a small amount of time in the neonates ward, your bound to be anxious etc its only natural but at the same time you must stay positive fx you get your BFP soon and all will be ok xx Smile
