i remember you saying that SW worked for you and you wanted to lose some weight, but found it hard with iceland shopping etc, this is a list of stuff from iceland thats syn free or low syn

Post subject: Hiya hun thanks so much i'll deffinately take a look in a min.
I've just had our Tax credits come through so think i'll be able to do SW now i'm so excited, gonna go and re-join on Tues, i'm nervous but so excited lol _________________
