I was just wondering if anyone else out there has to go back to work soon? My daughter will be 11 weeks when I go back. With my son I went back part-time and DH looked after him while I worked and vice versa. This time that won't be possible as our working hours have changed and overlap. Our son was 15 months old when he started going to creche. If we can get a place for her, our daughter will be in creche full-time at 4 months.

We could ask my MIL to look after her, but I have a difficult relationship with her and don't want to involve her that much in our day to day family life. Just not sure what's best for our little girl.

Anyone else in a similar situation?
