i couldnt sleep

Post subject: i couldnt sleep i am 12 weeks pregnant and still have difficulty in sleeping..i can feel my tummy is so full and like to vomit,i slept with my side with big pillow i hugged,got only night time colds that everytime i lay down to bedi begun to sneeze and have colds and the what made me bother my taste buds,even i brush my teeth,just even a toothpaste give me bad taste,and also i stopped taking a nap,coz when i took a nap i feel awful cant explained but really ruined my day
 does anyone experienced this?hope on second trimester i wont feel these things coz i cannot deal with it..i ate healthy foods no coffee,no chips,no pop,i ate a lot usually but when i get to full i feel to vomit... Posted: Wed Jun 27, 2012 5:43 am
Post subject: I have struggled to sleep with both my pregnancies. At First due to constant nausea and sickness, and now just too uncomfortable. On the plus side gets you ready for lack of sleep when lo gets here
