Super guilty mummy here - I nicked my son's thumb when I clipped his nails today. It was only small, but it took a pinch of skin off the end of his thumb, and bled a tinsy bit too... he cried, I cried, I never felt so bad in all my life... and even though it's nothing much to look at now, just a little cut, and he doesn't seem to notice it at all either now (he cried for about a minute when it happened but after a cuddle and some sudocream he's not bothered at all! ) , I still feel terrible about it and am terrified at the idea that I still have to cut his nails again in a few days...

I just want to know if people think it will scar now? I know that sounds very pathetic, but I'd hate to think it will... poor little man... It's just at the very end of his thumb... does baby-fingers/thumbs heal well?
