Post subject: A lot of women never get any implantation bleeding
 and cramps after ovulation can be from all sorts of things not necessarily implantation  , unfortunately there's no guaranteed pregnancy sign except a positive test  
For the women who do get spotting though it can be anything from 5/6DPO right up until 6 or 7 weeks , might be a one off, or it might happen a few times, could be slightly pink or brown cm or could be actual bleeding it's different for everyone there's no set timings for these things xx
