Helllo,

My baby is 8 months old now and im still not having regular periods and when i do have them they are not new blood they seem to be old blood periods (TMI) im also having alot of pain in my lower abdomen that feels like muscle strains which ive had for a while.

Ive not been to see my GP yet but I just watned to ask if anyone else knows anything about it or if its still normal to not have normal periods at this time. im just a bit scared if im honest that there is something wrong so keep putting off the doctors appointment
