Would love others to have the same experience and outcome as we have had. I get so emotional (could be my hormones lol) every time i here or read about bfp after a reversal its such an emotional roller-coaster from the day you start thinking about options to ttc, for both you and your partner. FX 2013 will be a good year for us all.

Are there others here who are considering/seen Dr Pickles?? from my experience he and his whole team were fantastic.

That is such wonderful news Smile

Evening ladies well in chillaxing at home its been a long day, I had my HSG this morning but I did not see my consultant for the results..but the nurse told my right tube is open and there unsure about the left one as the image was not as clear, it would need my consultant to look at it Sad
Minor cramping during the HSG she had to put the max amount of stuff in to try and get my second tube to show up..it's funny the tube that's ok is the one that was stuck to my bowel before the op ..it's the tube the consultant was pleased with after the op that they were struggling today with... I was that cold my legs were shaking its a wonder my knees did not start knocking ..the 2 nurses were brill ..afterwards the nurse says FOR BEING A GOOD GIRL YOU can have a super sized santatray towel as we've ran out of stickers ..it made me giggle.

Has any one on here used a DUO fertility monitor?? As I'm thinking about getting one.

Morning all

Glad your hsg went well piggy, when I had my lap & dye they told me my left tube was OK and my right was blocked but when I 1st had the operation it was my left that had fibroids on and my right was perfect, funny how that happens!!

Munchkin my little man is sleeping through, its meesh and mind's little ones that aren't, its OK to get muddled up with names though as there is so many of us to remember!!

All the newcomers, big hello to you all I had my op in June 2010, nothing for then about 7/8 months later had a hsg and was told both tubes were blocked and was highly unlikely to get pregnant, so I went back to my cons who did the op and had a lap & dye done, was told my right was probably blocked but my left was fine, I then got my bfp 3 months later, I had my son in June 2012 so in all it took me 15 months to get pg, so please don't give up trying ladies, I know that's easier said than done, its such a rollercoaster ride but I'm sure you'll all get there eventually!! X

Ladies this is the clinic Im going to For IVF its in the West Midlands but the price is amazing £2200 and you can buy your own Drugs from Asda at fraction of the price Shocked

If you would rather buy the drugs from the hospital the price varies from £300 to £700
You also have to pay £100 for bloods

Morning Ladies Smile
Anna good luck with the IVF, twins would be lovely (except for the sleepless nights Shocked Laughing ) xx
Evie fingers crossed it works for you too hun Very Happy I hope you get some answers about your appeal xx
I've been trying to forget I ever had the reversal now to be honest Rolling Eyes and trying to convince myself I don't really want another baby anyway Confused Shocked not made any easier by having dreams for the last week were I was either pregnant, about to give birth or getting positive pregnancy tests , really don't know what thats all about Shocked Rolling Eyes Laughing , was a little sad at the weekend as I finished putting up all the christmas trees and decorations and the kids barely noticed Rolling Eyes I do miss having little ones around who get excited about Christmas and if things had gone to plan we could have had an 18 month old by now Sad , and my OH is totally in denial as our daughter turned 13 on Saturday Shocked Laughing he says he's not old enough to have a teenager Laughing
At times I still can't believe it didn't work as I was so convinced it would beforehand Sad but now almost 2 1/2 yrs on I suppose my OH is right, our youngest will be 11 soon and its going to be our time soon Smile I should be able to go back to work around when he starts secondary school in september and with two incomes we'll be able to afford nice holidays and a few luxuries so there are some plusses (I suppose Rolling Eyes Laughing )
I'm hoping with Christmas and the New Year to distract me this month I won't even notice calendar days this month, and helping my DD decorate her new house which she's (finally) moving into today has worked so far Laughing I've been too tired to notice anything Shocked Laughing
How is everyone else ?
Shelly I was in tears reading the ages of the children who were killed , so, so sad and very similar to something that happened in Scotland a few years ago, that forced a gun law reform over here, I just can't see the need to have automatic weapons in a house Question
The clomid can play havoc with your hormones and some women have terrible mood swings with it Shocked hope your OH is ok now, kidney stones are horrible Shocked Good luck for this month Very Happy xx
Piggy I used the clear blue fertility monitor, found it handy to have the warning of the high days before ov but then again some months if it didn't happen when I thought it should then it made me stressed and I think that delayed ov a few times Embarassed Laughing it can be a good way to learn more about your body though as you pick up on all the subtle signs that go with the various rises and now I just know when i'm ovulating without any testing (which is a bit of a pain now we're not trying anymore Rolling Eyes Laughing ) glad the HSG went well Very Happy It seems to be pretty normal for one tube to have better flow than another and often both are open but the dye just finds it easier to go down one of them Smile xx
Is everyone ready for Christmas now ?
Can't wait to have some relaxed family time Very Happy seems like ages since we all got together Shocked , hoping for some extra Christmas presents for anyone who's testing around then Wink Very Happy xx
