Like the title says really, when do you think should start offering George Chilli con carne and curries etc?

my hv said ok from the start of offering proper food, as in a lot of foreign countries thats all they eat so the kids have it from weaning.

sam used to eat all sorts of spicy food, but wont now, although their tastes change all the time, so best to keep offering every few months

Thanks, Think I will try at lunchtime first in case any effects. He had sweet and sour Pork tonight and was one of the first things he wasn't keen on.
