Post subject: Food My son is nearly 9mths and a BIG boy! The past few weeks he has been waking pretty early in the morning and so my daughter (nearly 3) has also been etting woken. I was just wondering if he was hungry and maybe needed a wee supper? Do any of your LO's have this?

Post subject: my youngest is 8.5 months and she has fruit for breakfast as soon as shes downstairs, then half hour later 7oz milk, slice of toast about 10 ish then has a nap for 2 hours, has something for lunch depending on what i prepare for her, milk at about 1 (7oz) another nap for an hour at 3, at 5 she then has whatever we are having but mushed up (she loves chewing stuff so we dont mush it up too much bless her) then at 6 has another 7oz bottle then bed at 7 and doesnt wake until 7 next morning.
what i am trying to say is each baby is different, it could just be your LO is going through a growth spurt so may be needing a bit more energy through the day to help fulfil him at night. _________________

Post subject: Alex doesn't eat very much in comparison to babies of his age I've done a quick run down. I've put it into jar sizes (altho he has fresh food) just so you get an idea of the quantity. He is now 1.
Breakfast 7-8 - 1/2 to 1 weetabix 7oz bottle 9.30ish Lunch 11.30ish - 1/2 jar + 1 oe 2 little yoghurts Tea 15.30ish - 1/2 jar + 1 fruit puree Supper 18:00ish - 2 x little yoghurts Bedtime bottle 19:30 - 8oz Sometimes he also has extra milk in the afternoon but not often. _________________
