Post subject: Hot weather sleeping?!
My poor baby boy won't sleep in his own cot until really late at night in this heat! We have done everything to cool his room down and nothing has bought it below 30deg!!! Curtains drawn against the sun, window wide open, fan on in his room, all the doors open, black out blind, we've tried the lot! I don't blame him not wanting to sleep in there! The last two nights we've had to bring him downstairs to sleep on the sofa (he's out like a light within two minutes) because it is cooler, then move him to his cot when we go to bed and his room has cooled down to 28-29deg or so (I KNOW! NOT COOL!) Sad
Anyone elses' little ones find this weather really hard to sleep in?! Sad

Same here with Belle. She just sits up all night crying untill she flls asleep. (we do keep going into her)

I dont blame them though, i lay awake for ages unable to sleep as well.

Ive no advise m affraid other than putting a bowl of water in te roo near the fan. (someone told me this at baby group- i cant remember why though)
