Post subject: Finally after nearly 3years ttc #2 I can say i have my BFP
It was our 1st month ttc #2 again after being diagnosed with Graves disease in March, so we feel very lucky & shocked that it has happend so fast. I rang my consultant this morning to say I'm pregnant as she wants me to have wkly blood tests done till I get to 12wks, to check my thyroid levels are ok & adjust my meds according. Had 1st blood test done this morning. She also said she would arrange an early scan for us, all we can do now is hope & pray this is our take home baby after all these years waiting its finally our turn & I can tell ya it feels absolutely amazing.  I am trying to enjoy every minute of being pregnant, but it's hard when you go from very excited to scared stiff lol

Yeh, we are so excited hun, had my 1st blood test results back yday consultant is happy to keep me on the same meds for now, but wants me to have another blood test in 2wks & then she thinks my meds will need to be halved & by 12wks I should be totally off my meds
Just waiting on an appt to come through for my 1st antenatal appt at the hospital with my consultant & an early scan appt.. We can't wait huni.. How are things going for you, do you have any plans for any more kids yet.??
