hard time breathing. help

Post subject: hard time breathing. help Been having this feeling in between my shoulders on my back. It's hard for me to catch my breath it comes and goes. Wondering if this is normal. Any of you ladies ever feel this before?

Post subject: You might have pulled a ligament in your back - I did that and found it hard to breathe. Or it could be how baby is sitting that may be constricting your lungs a bit.

Post subject: I had a lot of shortness of breath with both pregnancies, but not that feeling in the back and shoulders you describe. For me it was a case of the babies pushing against the diaphragm/lungs and being anaemic. I took a good iron supplement during my second pregnancy (and she was a smaller baby) and it definitely helped.
Do mention it to the midwife though, maybe you've just strained something? Good luck! _________________
