I had my transfer yesterday and have a killer headache today. I started progesterone on the night of my egg retrieval and have been having hot flashes and woke up the other night shaking from being so cold. I just couldn't get warm. I know I am not running a fever. I believe the headache is bc of the rise in hormones but I don't want to take medicine or drink caffeine to relieve it. Do you think using a cold compress or ice pack alternated with a warm wash cloth on my forehead is safe at this point. I really don't want to do anything to screw up implantation.

Congratulations on being PUPO ttc1stbaby!! Rest up and try not to stress. Its perfectly safe to take paracetamol and would be advisable to do so, especially if you have a high temperature. Hope you're feeling better, your body has gone through a lot the past few weeks, its bound to need some recovery time. Just look after yourself.

Jakesmommy how is down Regging going?
Why is it when you want the witch to show she doesn't and every other time she does. Waiting to get my day 1-5 bloods, just want to get moving now. Feeling quite crampy but not expecting Af until at least Sunday as ov'd late this month unless I'm having a shorter luteal phase! Arrrrgh
