hi everyone forgot to up date last week but put on 1.5 last week and lost 1lbs this week so my total lose since i started on this thread is 2lbs.... gosh doesnt seem much doesnt
A bag of sugar is about 2pounds? so to me that's good

Is it too late to join in could really do with losing a stone in time for xmas
In seriousness though would love to join in if it's going to be continued after xmas. May be too late for xmas but not for summertime lol
I think we'll have to carry it on - may be call it 'the never ending post until the author of the post loses a stone' it'll be going a while that way

I havnt got a clue where I am with the ups and downs and staying the same. With my phone breaking I lost all my weigh in records
So going on my ticker, which I only updated with the losses I am down 1lb, so weight now is 142lb.
Hoping to get the 2lb off to make it half a stone before christmas, and then after christmas go for the last half a stone.
Got my works do on Friday, so going to eat nothing all week!

A lb on for me this week Woops!
I seem to have lost my motivation somewhere.... seems to be all these yummy xmas things/starbucks drinks etc.. are getting in the way
Im going to try and loose the 2lb that ive put on these last 2 weeks so Im at half a stone by xmas (any more than that is a bonus! ) then continue after xmas

I wont join now because its December and Im going to end up pigging out to much this month what with christmas etc... But if this thread is being carried on in January then Im in. Its my new years mission to get fit and lose weight and keep it off. x
