Hi ladies, I have this too in my hands at night time and it's apparently quite common in pregnancy and a form of temporary carpol tunnel syndrome. it's from your blood vessels being constricted and not letting natural circulation do it's thing which results in the numbness or pins and needles feeling. i read in my pregnancy bible book that if you try and keep feet up and walk around every now and then to stimulate your legs and for hands try not to have them bent in the same position for too long and at night keep them hanging out of the bed rather than curled up. mouth numbness i'm not too sure of though, sorry. massage may also help to keep the blood flow going? it's quite an annoying thing isn't it?!
