Post subject: Feeling soooo tired Hi,
Lately ive been feeling so tired, no energy, shivery. Want to sleep all the time. Peeing/drinking all the time. Ive had diabetes test which came bac normal. Im having blood tests done tmoor. Post subject: Could possibly be an under active thyroid
 Its quite common for women to get that after giving birth , and a low temp is one of the signs
http://www.patient.co.uk/health/hypothyroidism-underactive-thyroid this site explains it better than I can, it is easy to pick up on bloods as long as they do test for it, and is usually easy to treat with replacement hormones and if it happens after giving birth it can go away with time 
Of course it could just be something as simple as you being aneamic as that can cause similar symptoms and again is easily treated

Post subject: Hi,
Got results back from doctors. My blood levels, glucose and thyroid are all ok. But my B12 levels and haemogolbin levels are low. Think Doc said a low level was 20.0, mine was 21.0!!! Hve to take b12 and iron tablets for next 6 weeks and then go bac for another blood test. Is this basically just anemia (sp)? Hopefully this will help my energy levels
