Temperature Increase!!!

Post subject: Temperature Increase!!!
I have just recently started charting my temp to TRY to track my ovulation. My periods have been off lately so I thought this may be the only way, other than ovulation test. Anyway, I just had a .3 degree increase! Is that enough to call it an increase? And hope that I'm ovulating???

if your temp stays up for around 14 days it would indicate you did ovulate when your temp went up.
