Post subject: V proud of myself tonight :) I just wanted to share with my friends on here that i have for the first time in 14 months stayed in the house with Zachariah on my own today and coped.........due to my Post Natal Depression i have never manage it before without going out because of the feeling of the walls closing in on me......mite seem stupid and small to some people but i feel amazing altho very tired

Post subject: thnaks ladies i hope i have turned the corner i still got a long way to go but my counsellor is pleased with me and i have manage to reduce my medication now so fingers crossed

Post subject: That is fantastic! I used to suffer from agoraphobia (going outside in public) and then went the complete other way and suffer from claustrophobia so I know the feeling about the walls closing in on you. Be very proud of yourself

Post subject: thankyou everyone, the excitment of it all led to me having a real (and i mean real) bad night with pains to the point i really thought something was happening but i still here today so maybe nt lol
