Post subject: Ijust had a nap.and used one. Its more the smell.of it! It smells like animal fat!! Gross! I dont know if i will.bother again. Have u been taking it orally hun?

Post subject: No i started taking raspberry tea but got bored lol. I figured ive done child birth without using anything before so why bother, i cant even take a course of antibs proper haha!
I need to do summit tho to make my cervix thin so i wont need pessaries an they can break my waters straight away  xx_________________

Post subject: I'm just doing it orally, 2000mg a day..apparently it can be just as effective. I can't get my head round doing it as a pessery...I'm convinced I'll end up introducing infection or something lol.

Post subject: grow some balls ladies haha!! i used them as a pessary and it worked really fast. i went for my sweep at 38 weeks and was already 2cm dilated and my waters broke 2 days later. it is messy but its better to use at night with a pad and within 2 or 3 days of using it i lost my mucus plug fully x
