constant period pains

Post subject: constant period pains Hi girls.
I have had constant period pains and a heavy feeling down there. Its so uncomfortable! Sometimes its more intense than others and sonetimes i get really bad stabbing pains with it. Post subject: Yep I've been having it. Its all the pressure baby is putting on your pelvis. I had my midwife check me out and baby wasn't even engaged. I've been advised not to walk so far (happily do that
 ), don't bend with legs open and don't sit with legs open as although initially it may seem comfortable it actually makes it worse. Don't lift anything heavy either. Just rest as much as you can._________________

Post subject: I am having the same hun, i get it the most when i over do it, i walked quite a bit yesterday and my god the pain today it feels like my insides are coming out sorry tmi lol.
I would defo monitor it now as your little man could come any day x Char _________________
