Hello Beautiful People,
I have been trying to conceive for just over a year now, in the past few weeks I have been having alot of symptoms and before we go ahead and check I want to get other peoples opinions listed below are my symptoms

-had a day where i had a egg white mucous discharge(didn't smell, wasn't itchy or burning etc have never had this sort of thing before)
-being peeing A LOT more frequently
-a lot more discharge then usual
-cramping
-lower back pain
-it also kinda feels like there is a pinching or pulling sort of feeling down there
-very sensitive breast/nipples
-moodiness
-increase appetite/craving sugar
-off and on again diarrhea
-2 days late for my period
-constantly thirsty

Do you think it's wishfull thinking on my part? or could i actually be pregnant this time
