Heartburn

Post subject: i take rennies hun, there safe to take in pregnancy but last time i didnt realise untill i was about 30 weeks so was drinking 4 pints of milk every day or 2 to keep it at bay
 I had it all the way through last time and have had it quite alot this time too x_________________

Post subject: I took Rennies and Gaviscon with Sebastian but found they both made me feel sick so I used to chomp on ice cubes. But this pregnancy is a nightmare when it comes to heartburn. I will take your advice though and try a glass of milk.

Post subject: Heartburn errrrrrrhghh I am really struggling with it I find chocolate really starts it off but I must admit rennies work for me the tablets. Can't stand the gloppy stuff makes me heave x I can't even suggest anything lol
