sharp pains????

Post subject: sharp pains????
Hi everyone new to this, have a wee question and hoping its not pregnancy related but, from last night ive been taking sharp pains from my belly button, these shooting sharp pains actually take the breath from mee when i move certain ways, im 13 + 4 and had/having the normal ligament, stretching pains but this is a total diff pain, any thoughts what it could be? x Question
