Hi Ladies,
Im Claire and Im 32 o/h is 38 we've been together 5 yrs. Been trying since December 2007. Found out I had blocked tubes in October 2009, had surgery on them in March 2010 which was successful. Then fell pregnant in June 2010 but miscarried , fell pregnant again in August 2010 but miscarried yet again. Then nothing till February 2011 where I fell pregnant again but it turned out to be ectopic which ruptured and I lost my right tube. Then went back to trying and nothing, had a laparoscopy in August 2011 which showed my remaining tube was blocked again it was unblocked yet again but didnt fall pregnant. Saved the money for Ivf and went through our 1st cycle in July/August this year unfortunately it didnt work. Did a frozen embryo transfer in November which also didnt work so we shall wait until new year now to go again.
Just a long list of disappointments from me Im afraid, on the plus side I have a wonderful partner , a 12 yr old son and my beautiful cat baby who I love to bits (shes 10). _________________ Ttc since December 2007!

Hi, my name is Lara, I'm 38 and have been married for five years to my oh Daniel oh is 29. Married since dec 2007.
We used to live in Warwickshire but now live in the country in western Australia. (I'm an Ozzie).
We had a miscarriage in January 2009.
Stopped all contraception in June 2009 and regardless can never use any medical type again as I have horrific reactions to them all so my GP put a stop to it.
We have been trying to conceive since then but to no avail.
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17, have Hashimotos thyroid and two other autoimmune problems. All these cause major fertility problems.
I also have no spleen, chronic arthritis and pineal disease.
Yet still I want a baby.
However last week I got my period for the first time in ovver a year, and it lasted a day... Ok about an hour.
I am on a lot of medication the latest of which increases weight and fluid even more than the others.
I'm sure I'm stupid to want a baby despite this, but it's so a part of me. I hurt sometimes, I so desperately want a baby.
I do t ever expect to become pregnant, but I can hope.
The good news is that my Rheumatologist has referred me to an Endocrinologist who specializes in PCOS and Thyroid, so maybe he can help.
I have also started a weightless plan and have lost 24 lb on very low calories. Not easy but worth it.
Have been on and off ab for a few years. I leave intermittently when the disappointment gets too much to handle.
Sorry, very boring post I know.
Wishing u all baby dust.
I really hope it happens soon for you Nutty! Susan, Teebs and everyone else

Hi all. I'm Karen. I'm 28, my DH David is 34. We have been TTC our 1st since October 2010 with no luck. We've each had some good and some iffy test results on fertility tests so not really sure where we stand. I was supposed to start clomid my last cycle but postponed it because we had to move house so I decided best to wait. Looks like I'll be starting it over xmas now...Good luck everyone. xx _________________

Hi ladies!
My name is Debby, been married to my dh just over 6 years now.
We've been through all the tests, had cystes taken off of my ovaries and since then been going well cycle wise (well after a couple of hiccups due to the body putting itself back to normal haha).
Had 3 months of clomid with a trigger jab and then tried Letrozole with a trigger jab. I've started going for acupuncture which is lovely and really helps relaxing.
For now we're just enjoying life and stopped the fertility treatments as I needed a break. The gynea keeps saying to give it time, so I'm staying positive about the whole thing.
We have a lovely dog that enjoys lots of cuddles, so that always makes me feel good.
Have a good christmas ladies!

Hi, I'm Sarah 32 on Sunday married to dh who is 37 for 5 years. We have a ds who will be 3 in march and have been ttc number 2 for a year. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in may. It took 18 months to conceive ds and we had tests which showed dh to have bad quality swimmers with poor mobility so we were shocked when we fell pregnant at all.
We've just had a couple months break at ttc as I had an op on my foot but we are back to it now and hoping for a BFP soon. Good luck everyone xxxx _________________
