When did you start to up your dose?? Iv been having one cup a day since 32 weeks, wondering wether to up to 2 a day, im 34+4 ??

Hay chick..I was 32 wks when I started it. Upped to 2 cups at about 34/35 wks..then from 37wks I was on 3 cups a day. Also on epo from 37/38wks 2000mg then a pessery from 39wks. Still went over due but as you know a very quick labour Very Happy

Thanx zee, think ill up to 2 now then...and iv bought my EPO ready for when needed Smile (never realised how bloody expensive it is ha)x

It depends where you buy it...I got my epo from wilko cos asda were double the price Confused

I could never stomach the tea... Lol. I think I manages 5 cups with Lewis.. And not much more with Charlie.. Do the tablets do the same?? X

i started one cup a day at 33 weeks and uped it every two weeks by an extra cup. By 37 weeks though i noticed it made me feel really sick after drinking it!

I also took 500mg of epo a day from 36 weeks - i got mine from tesco xx

Iv upped to two a day, im just about getting used to the taste lol.
Ahh wish id have thought to check supermarkets, i paid £11 in holland and barrats Rolling Eyes x

Ahh see smallest bottle i could find in H+B was 100...suppose ill give left overs to my mum because she takes them anyway lol x
