I have eat exactly the ssme food for 10days.

chicken with veg and rice.
fruit
shredded wheat

and i have just hopped on the scales and im exactly the same weight !

i cant believe it, i have gave up so much.

only thing i have been drinking is water and the milk in my breakfast .

i started diet on jan 1st.

lost 7lb but thats obviously fluid as i have cut out bread / wheat ect,

What fruit have you had? Things like bananas are heavy on carbs etc as it white rice I usually swap it for cous cous. I eat for breakfasts either porridge with half skimmed milk half water with a big spoonful of greek yogurt and a slice of soreen toastie loaf and a cup of tea or scrambled eggs with one full egg and three eggs whites with a slice of soreen and a cup of tea. If I've got blueberries or strawberries in I put them on my porridge too. For lunch I have a ham salad wrap and an apple or a big chicken or salmon salad with loads of spinach then for dinner it's whatever family type food I make for us all but as healthy as possible. Adding protein fills you up. Makes no sense that you've not lost anything though!

I have eaten a lot of fruit , bananas , apples , tangerines , plums , pears, grapes .
You name it if eaten it .

The hardest bit is the coffee and coke .

I've honestly went cold turkey .

My naughty treat has been dried banana chips and one cheese toasty one night ( I forgot about that Laughing )

This weekend if I fancy chips later I will be having them ... Well maybe

Just weird .

It's the exact same scales as well . Apparently they may be 6b out though, so someone at work said

Think I will need to buy my own ones for the house .

Anyone recommend decent ones at a decent price please ?

I had some off amazon, digital glass ones for around £10. They are pretty accurate. Il have a look see if I can find a link

these are the ones I have got, but dont think I paid that much.

Despite the bad reviews I have found them to be good, only use on a hard floor though not carpet. I also weigh in on my wii and have about 1lb difference if any.

I have lost a total of 3.2 lbs so far (woooo hoooo) - purely by not drinking alcohol,not eating my daily packet of crisps, and not having my daily cup of hot chocolate at work!

Hello ladies and well done on your weight losses. Can I join pls? I was in the thread loose a stone before Xmas! I didn't manage it but started my diet on 6th Jan...(again!) I weigh myself on a Sunday. I lost 2 lb in the first week. I'm following ww even though I live in the UAE. I was 13st 7 and Im now 13st 5 and I'm hoping to get down to 12 stone. I started off in sept '11 at 17 st 13 1/2 lbs (disgusting I know Embarassed ) that was just after baby number 4. I'm determined this time to shift the rest of the flab. No more babies for me, 4 keeps me busy! Don't want to be "fat and 40" so I've got a year and a half to get down to my ultimate goal of 11 stone. (I'm 5 ft 7) good luck all x
