I got weighed at fat club and lost half a pound. I am really surprised because I have been really naughty. I am now 11st 5 and half.

I have stayed the same this week, which is fine as when I got home from weekend away on Sunday I had a sneaky weigh and was up 4lb so thats all gone. Would like to lose 2lb this week to take me down to 11st.

iv maintained again this week. ate [*@!#%*], not excercised and AF showed this morning.

onwards and upwards next week as the aches and stiffness from the accident are going so should be able to start excercising again.

I keep forgetting to weigh in but I have this morning and I'm still the same. I'm a little disappointed but at the same time I have noticed things toning up quite a bit. The problem with the marathon training is that running makes me hungry and then there's all that malarkey about muscle weighing more than fat....ok I've made myself feel a bit better now x

Few days late posting, nothing to report... Stayed the same! Sad

Week before I didn't eat all my points (doing ww) and I gained a LB ... This week I had a few days "off" and definatly went over my points and stayed the same?! Question ...have to find some place in the middle I guess. X

Unfortunately I'm back up to 16 stone as my mum is making me eat. Sigh. I'm back to starving myself on one meal a day after tomorrow Sad

I was going to ask if any of you Ladies had tried one of the shakes diets or something else no matter how faddy Question Laughing
I was going to join this weight loss group but to be honest the last few times I've tried I've lost motivation too quickly and given up Embarassed
I know what i should be doing, but even when I do the whole sensible low fat low calorie diet and exercise thing I can go weeks without losing anything Sad
(very annoying as the pounds just drop off my OH Rolling Eyes )
So I was looking for something to kick start some weight loss the first week and motivate me Laughing once I see some progress then I think I could just carry on normally , any suggestions Question
I've been the same weight give or take 5-6lbs now for almost a year after losing a stone after last Christmas but now the rest just won't budge Rolling Eyes

Well us girl's at work have our chubby club on Tuesday.

I have stayed the exact same this Tuesday. I am not to bothered as it might have something to do with the :
chips
hup lee <this is an amazing chinese buffett>
mcdonalds
irn bru

so this week I am back on shakes for breakfast and lunch, for dinner chicken ,veg and rice <a massive portion>

and lots of fruit in between.

So next week has to be good Very Happy
