Post subject: congestion and dry mouth
both at night, driving me nuts Sad Any tips

So I feel like I have a full blown cold every night when I wake up and in a morning, and also my mouth is so dry that my lips are completely cracked and I'm all hoarse. Thing is for the dryness I'm not thirsty, just neeed to wet my mouth.

Any tips to try and avoid it or make it better?

Nasal sprays are great for congestion. You can also buy although they are not cheap oral balance stuff (check with your pharmacy) but here is a link:o
