I didn't think you could fly with a baby until they are at least 3 weeks old.
If its an international flight have you got the baby a passport?
I don't envy you though _________________

Different airlines have different rules with regards to car seats. So it's best to always check with the airline you are travelling with. Although I know most uk airlines will not allow travel with 2 infants if you are travelling alone but I presume you are travelling with your partner. Also in the uk if you want to travel with baby in a car seat if the airline allows you must pay for a child seat not an infant ticket. Seats with a bassinet can be requested with most larger airlines abd they are good for the younger baby.
Good luck I don't envy you! _________________
