food infection

Post subject: food infection
from last two days she got food infection and started vomiting in the night she had severe fever, yesterday she had loose motion only at once, i gave her medicine aqset and carmiside so now she dont have vomiting but today she did'nt pass motion, she passes urine as regular, yesterday night her stomatch was like balloon, what do i do.
Please give me solution.
