Hi Ladies, thanks Nat for the info. it really helps. I agree with trying more of the herbal route, i know you have tried a range of things but i believe in remedies as must as conventional meds. They work similar as far as what works for one person may effect another differently. So i say you are doing the right thing trying this new stuff and fx this is the one that work x. Great to hear of another one of Mr Pickles ladies getting a bfp, congratulations again Jillybeans i am sure this wee one in a sticky bean x. I hope it will be us soon Faith and much baby dust to you all xx

Thanks for that Jillybeanz. Was yours keyhole surgery or open surgery. As I was reading another post on here and from what I was reading is that most success stories are form ladies that had open surgery rather than keyhole. I could be wrong but it looks that way to me xx

I'm really stressing out! Did a first response test this morning and the line and up straight away very dark etc. Also did a Internet cheap one and the line is not as dark as the control line.. I'm about 14-15 dpo.. got doctors appointment today so fingers crossed xx

Don@t panic Jillybeanz, the tests all have different amounts of reactant on the strips and different amounts of dye etc. even between two the same brand and batch you might get different strength lines Once you've got a positive then you'll probably just worry yourself more by testing all the time, but I'm sure I'd be the same Good luck with the doc It seems like Mr P has got the magic touch xx
Shelly I did think the same about open v keyhole I went for keyhole because I couldn't bear the thought of the long recovery from open after 3 previous sections, but then noticed that there seem to be more open success stories than keyhole , but you know I think it's probably just that most women have open So there are just more of them trying to get pregnant, as in the US were most seem to have keyhole op's they still have decent success rates. Of course keyhole is trickier so you need to get a doc who is confident they can do their best work that way, but my surgeon did say if he thought doing it keyhole would be too tricky he would switch to open
Overall I'm not fantastically convinced he did the best he could as he didn't really attempt to repair one side and I know he only repaired one side on a few women but whether it being keyhole made a difference there or whether it was just that he prefers not to repair if he'd not 100% the tube will be clear and functioning I don't know
I think with this op though you start second guessing yourself almost straight away if you don't get pregnant, hopefully you won't be waiting much longer xx

Ooooh Jilly Bean I am so pleased for you.
Mr Pickles & Mandy are definitely the best. Even a yeat after my Op 25 weeks pg - I called Mr Pickles for some advice and he & Mandy were so supportive and helpful they really put my mind at ease. Definitely worth every penny & the distance I had to travel to see them.
Much baby dust to all trying to concieve at the moment xx

Wish I'd heard all this good stuff about Mr P sooner Jellybean It's good that they still give you advice and support now as some docs just take your money and run xx
Well cd 11 for me, still trying not to think about ov anyway, my homeopathy stuff came yesterday, which is bl**dy brilliant considering I only ordered it on Thursday so would definitely order from them again.
So I started it yesterday, and took my second dose today, well just been to the loo and TMI ALERT I suddenly have brown loss, not blood exactly but a mix of brown clot like bits and dark brown cm, a bit like the tail end of AF perhaps but heavier, but my AF stopped last Friday
I never get any sort of mid cycle bleed normally , well it's happened once since I had my son which is 11 yrs ago and that time may have been down to starting to take the pill and stopping again.
Anyway it's weird because when I was reading about this Thiosinaminum and it's use for clearing scar tissue, one of the ladies on another forum said she tried it and after a couple of days had dark brown discharge that went stringy and when she went back for a repeat HSG a few weeks later her tubes were clear
well this stuff doesn't have any hormonal effect and the only other thing i'm taking is the serrapeptase which has never had this effect, we haven't BD since Tuesday so it's not that and I had the clear watery cm up until yesterday so I can't see it being AF related so although I'm not getting my hopes up because I've been there done that and got several T shirts But it does seem interesting that this would happen right after starting to take it
We'll see I suppose, now I'm back to hoping I don't ov until cd14 or 15 anyway so this stuff can have more time to work if it actually is doing anything
Can't win can you

Great indications Nat, i really hope this is it for you. I know you dont want to get ur hopes up but it sounds hopeful. FX for you Hun x
I must admit i am starting to worry, as i have never thought to phone Mr P yet, i am presuming my questions will be coming soon enough lol. The truth is i have a million questions but i a scared if the answer x
I cant help just wanting to know if i will get a bfp ever, i wish i was psychic grr. I think of nothing else at the moment. I cant help wondering if i will ever just get on with life. Was i this bad when trying for my other kids? I dont think so. It is just the fact i am 10 years older and had the reversal i suppose. Sorry for waffling but this is all floating around my mind and driving me mad x

I know for me Lisa the reversal seemed to put so much more pressure on, because I took my fertility for granted before and never even had to try to get pregnant it just happened first time , but after it as soon as AF shows you immediately think something must be wrong .
Even telling yourself that it can take months for couples who haven't had a reversal doesn't seem to help.
It's such a leap into the unknown isn't it compared to trying before the op
It definitely takes over your life too, in the last 3 and a bit years I've learnt so many things I never knew before because of all the hours I've spent googling everything I was completely oblivious to all the signs of ov and everything in the past and I sometimes wish I could be again and I've lost count of how many things I've tried that are supposed to boost fertility
Your in the best age bracket for success though and with Mr P's track record I'm sure it will happen for you xx
Did a sneaky OPK this morning I did tell myself I wouldn't but I had a temp drop so thought it might be my surge but nope, there was a line but it was only about half as strong as the control so maybe a couple more days to go Good job really as we've done nothing in the baby making department to speak of

Afternoon Ladies. How are all the TTC Ladies getting on ? Not going too nuts I hope
Jillybeanz did you make an appointment to see your doctor ? Just to ask about an early scan, as most reversal surgeons recommend having one around 6 weeks just to be sure everythings okay :)xx
Ladycake how's the clomid going ? xx
CD 14 for me now and not sure whats happening
After getting a weak line on Saturday morning I suddenly felt different in the afternoon, all the usual bloating and headache and swollen boobs and feeling a bit snappy that for me seems to happen just before my surge now , so I did another test about 2 ish and got an almost positive line so I thought I was about to get my surge, so I did a test later on about 8pm and the line was back to barely there and it was my last test I'd only used it because I was so sure that one would be a positive,so I wasn't sure if it was just a short surge or a random stronger line
Anyway didn't bother BD'ing which is a first for me but I just thought what's the point anyway
So Sunday morning I got a bit of a temp rise and thought well maybe I did ov yesterday so dashed back to bed for morning 'cuddles' just in case we hadn't missed it but then my temp was up and down all day, all the previous days symptoms vanished and I couldn't find any ov tests in my local boots so I couldn't test again.
Then this morning my temp was down at normal
So I can't see ov being Saturday, today I've had some left sided twinges and when I finally got some ov tests the one I did with this mornings sample was just a half line, the one from midday was almost the same, maybe slightly darker and then one from just now is the same again so they're no help either
I was hoping they'd either go lighter if I got my surge yesterday or darker if I've not had it yet and they did neither, but I have got full on (TMI) ewcm so I can't really see ov having happened yet, or if it did it must have been later than yesterday afternoon
Normally though if I was post ov the lines would be lighter than this on the other tests so I'm back to waiting and seeing (which I hate) and now I've decided I will try and give it a shot the OH will be getting pestered tonight just in case
And this is me being relaxed about it all
