...when do you become 'dry' down below after ovulation?

I had a positive OPK on Saturday and reckon I ovulated on Sunday as had terrible pains in my left ovary area. It's now Tuesday and I'm still very wet and even have a bit of creamy white discharge Shocked Could this mean anything? I thought you were supposed to dry up after you've ovulated?

Also, I've heard that you are more fertile as soon as you come off the pill - is this true?

Thanks ladies

Babydust xx

I got pregnant the month I came off the pill.

When I got pregnant I never went dry. Now I get dryer as I get further past it until just before af arrives

Its not so much that cm is supposed to go altogether its that it changes, basically clear cm (watery or ewcm) means high oestrogen levels (pre ov) and white cm means higher progesterone levels, so if you had clear cm and its now gone white again it means you've ov'd , it can happen within 24hrs and you may find you get a mixture of clear with white for a couple of days too , some women only find they're very dry right at the end of AF .
It's true you're more fertile when you come of the pill purely because you're no longer taking contraception , and for some women the pill can help balance a previous hormone imbalance, but for others whose hormones were fine it can mess them up , if you've ovulated thats a good start though as sometimes it takes a while for the first ovulation after coming off contraception, I did get pregnant twice the first month of the Pill , but the odds are about 1 in 5 on any given month so I think a lot of it is down to luck Question
Good luck xx

Thanks ladies - so it is a possibility but I shouldn't be getting my hopes up just yet Laughing

I've also checked my CP and it seems to be very high? Well at least I think it is Rolling Eyes

Ooh fingers crossed that this is a good sign but I know how us ladies get all excited about symptoms that don't exist Smile xx

After over 5 yrs of trying the one thing Ive learned is not to read anything into anything lol. Ive had just about every type of cm after ovulation and its meant nothing every time lol.

Sorry to be a bit gross but I also find cm observation can become slightly confusing after bd-ing lots because you have added "leakage" to contend with. Maybe that could be confusing things?

Hehe thank you ladies. It's a real guessing game isn't it Rolling Eyes

I really doubt that I will be pregnant but I probably won't stop looking for symptoms Laughing

It's definitely confusing though as I'm wetter than yesterday and my CP is still high (I think hehe) Shocked Why can't things be easier!? Lol

xx
